When can I expect my order?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:45 PM are usually delivered the next day. This does not apply to pre-orders.
Orders placed on Saturday before 4:00 PM are generally delivered on Monday.
For orders outside the Netherlands and Belgium, the delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 business days.
Due to high volume, it may sometimes take a little longer for your order to arrive.
How much is shipping?
For orders over €100, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders under €100, we charge a fixed shipping rate of €4.95. For orders to Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, and Italy, a fixed shipping rate of €10.00 applies.
Will I receive a track & trace code?
Everyone receives a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code at the moment a shipment is processed. With this code, you can track your order immediately.
My order has not been delivered yet?
Due to high demand, delivery may sometimes take a little longer. If you have not received your package after 3 working days, please send us an e-mail at info@ronanstudio.eu
I haven't received a tracking code?
If you have not received the order confirmation with track & trace code, we recommend that you first check your spam folder. If the email is not there, we advise you to send us a message via info@ronanstudio.eu
When will my pre-order be shipped?

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order you place before a product is in stock with us. This way you secure a copy and receive the product first. As soon as the product arrives, we will send it to you immediately. Once the pre-order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation with a track & trace code from us.
Why should I choose a pre-order?
A pre-order guarantees you a copy. Because we work with limited stock for every drop, many sizes are often quickly sold out. Thanks to a pre-order, you are not only guaranteed a copy, but you also receive your order before the drop or restock.
Until when can I return an order?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. This period allows you to try on the items and check whether they fully meet your expectations.
What are your return conditions?
Items may be tried on, but returns are only possible if the products are unworn. The clothing must be returned undamaged and with original labels and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear beyond reasonable trying on. The item must also be properly packaged in original or sturdy packaging.

What are the return shipping costs?
RONANSTUDIO.EU is not responsible for return shipping costs. You are responsible for return shipping costs. In addition, the customer is responsible for the correct shipment of the return, until it has been received by RONANSTUDIO.
When will I receive my refund after returning an item?
The amount for returned products (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 working days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra working days for the amount to appear in your account.
Can I exchange an item for a smaller size or a different product?
Items cannot be exchanged. Would you like a different size or color? Please return your order and place a new one.
I haven't received an order confirmation?
If you have not received an order confirmation, we recommend that you first check your spam folder. If the order confirmation is not there, please contact us at info@ronanstudio.eu
I entered the wrong information for my order?
If you have entered incorrect information for your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible by emailing us at info@ronanstudio.eu
Can I still cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel it.
