Shipping policy
At RONANSTUDIO, we do our best to process your order carefully and as quickly as possible. We ship worldwide. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping.
Shipping Policy
- Delivery Time: Orders to the Netherlands and Belgium are typically delivered within 1 business day. For Germany, the average delivery time is 2 business days. For the rest of the world, the average delivery time is 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country. During checkout, you will see the estimated delivery date for your order.
- Shipping Costs (NL & BE): We offer free shipping on orders over €100 within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders under €100, we charge a flat shipping rate of €5.95.
- Shipping Costs (Worldwide): For all other countries, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.
- Please Note: The stated delivery times are estimates. During busy periods, public holidays, or due to unexpected carrier delays, your order may take longer to arrive. The estimated delivery date for your specific order will be shown during checkout.
Shipping & Processing Times
- RONANSTUDIO processes and ships orders from Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Saturday will be processed on the next business day.
- Our packages are primarily shipped with DHL and FedEx.
- All orders are shipped securely and with tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow your package from dispatch to delivery.
