We do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If this is not the case, you can easily return your order by following the steps below. Please ensure that your return complies with our return policy.

• You have 14 days after receipt to return your order.
• Returned items must be completely unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
• The item must also be properly packaged in an original or sturdy packaging.
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed with us in advance.
• Keep your proof of shipment, including the tracking number, until the package has been received by us. Please note that RONANSTUDIO is not responsible for returns that do not reach our warehouse for any reason.
• Items cannot be exchanged. Do you want a different size or color? Return your order and place a new one.
• Returns can only be registered via our return portal, and after registering your return, you must return the item within 14 days.

2. Enter the last 4 digits of your order number and then the email address used for the order.

3. Follow all steps and send your return.

• Once your return has been received in our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
• The amount for the returned products (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra business days for the amount to appear in your account.
• During holidays, the processing and shipping of returns may be delayed due to high volumes in both our warehouse and with delivery services; please take this into account.
